Hi, really still at the trying this out phase, rather than detailed user.
Well, I agree for the vast majority of things that you're better off copying files. There are a number of things that I would prefer to symlink from the main repo rather than always copy. Things like the Core Claude settings that I might have updated from a work tree but aren't in git, or BMAD tracking files that should be updated when a feature is finished that are tracked centrally.
