This PR addresses an issue where the toCleanPath utility function in the create package did not correctly handle all Windows path formats, particularly those missing a drive letter.
Changes
packages/create/src/file-helpers.ts&packages/create/src/utils.ts: The toCleanPath function has been enhanced to more robustly parse and clean Windows paths, ensuring correct behavior even when a drive letter is not present.packages/create/tests/file-helper.test.ts: A new test case has been added to specifically validate the toCleanPath function's handling of Windows paths with missing drive letters.
