Seems the PR is stuck due to a comment on an orphaned commit... It's a common issue apparently.

Should we perhaps force-merge this? I'm unable to locate the hidden comment through the UI or with gh api graph queries.

The commit history is independent of the PR - we just lose the comment thread AFAIK (which was the problem here)
